Many fans will agree that Threat Level Midnight is one of the best episodes of the series. While the sitcom has a ton of amazing episodes, Threat Level Midnight stands above the rest. Michael Scarn is a character we all admire, with the movie proving to be both hilarious and jam-packed with action. And now, the movie is jumping from screen to page, as Threat Level Midnight is being adapted into a graphic novel!
IMDb summarises the Threat Level Midnight as:
After secret agent Michael Scarn (played by Steve Carell) is forced into retirement due to the death of his wife Catherine Zeta-Scarn. The President of the United States of America (played by Craig Robinson) requests that he prevents Goldenface (played by John Krasinski) from blowing up the NHL All-Star Game and killing several hostages.
Michael Scott first introduces the idea of the movie in Season 2, when the office staff discover a script for the spy thriller. Before the Scranton Manager leaves in Season 7, we finally get a glimpse into all of his hard work. The full 25-minute movie was even released in 2019, enjoyed by all who petitioned to see Scott’s amazing camera and writing skills. And if you thought that wasn’t enough, you can now pre-order the comic version!
