“The View” is suddenly must-see TV for MAGA Nation.
Every day, the co-hosts melt down over some aspect of Donald Trump’s re-election. The far-Left showcase has become ground zero for Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Hyperbole? Consider:

The show still took an unexpected stand this week. It suggests the voters’ Election Day message may be getting through.
Slowly.
In recent days Broadway star Nicole Scherzinger has been under fire for an innocent social media message. She saw comedian Russell Brand promoting a Make Jesus First Again hat and shared a brief response:
“Where do I get this hat!!!?”
That enraged the woke mob. It loathes Brand, who has become a thorn in the progressive machine’s side and has been accused of sexual assault without being formerly charged. The Left certainly isn’t all-in on Christian faith.
Plus, the hat echoes Trump’s “Make America Great Again” theme, further stoking the woke mob.
Scherzinger backpedaled as if it were 2020, the height of Cancel Culture craziness.
“When I commented on these posts, I made a mistake of not realizing that they could be easily interpreted as being politically related and I apologize to anyone who understandably reached that conclusion…Many presumptions are being drawn, which do not reflect who I am, what I stand for, or who I voted for. Many of the marginalized communities feeling hurt and concerned by the results of the presidential election are people I care about most. I stand with them, as I always have, throughout my life and career. If you know me, you know that.”
“Like so many others, in times of adversity and uncertainty, I turn to my faith. I believe that the posts I engaged with were about encouraging people to choose love and faith — “putting Jesus first.” For me Christ embodies peace, compassion, hope, and — above all — unconditional love, especially for those who may feel it the least right now. I come from a place of love, and I will always support values that bring us closer together. It’s so important we come together with compassion, and love one another more now than ever.”
It’s a standard “hostage”-style apology, something we’ve seen far too much of in recent years. And “The View” hosts didn’t like it.
“Emotions are so raw,” co-host Ana Navarro said of post-election mood. “It’s overkill. I think people are losing their minds. Right now social media is a rough, rough place to be. You can literally post a picture of puppies, and there will be people attacking you.”
Navarro added that Scherzinger “shouldn’t have apologized,” but “don’t go on social media if you can’t take the heat because people are crazy.”
[Co-host Sara] Haines also noted that Scherzinger … is now facing a group of people calling for her to not be nominated for a Tony award. “This has gotten out of control,” she said.
Sunny Hostin, arguably the most radical “View” host, called the kerfuffle “ridiculous.”
The Trump campaign leaned hard into the Culture Wars, sensing many Americans are exhausted by Identity Politics, DEI and woke restrictions. It poured millions into an ad campaign pinning Harris to her support of using tax payer money to transition prisoners.
That apparently polled poorly across the country.
“The View’s” swift defense of Scherzinger suggests they sense a new reality dawning across America.
