They knew … and they have no shame.
Media outlets have similarly downplayed the shocking antisemitism flooding Western culture. It’s particularly galling on college campuses, but the moral rot knows no boundaries.
Enter a wave of indie documentaries exposing antisemitism in all its insidious forms.
Last year’s “Screams Before Silence” let October 7 survivors tell their harrowing stories. The recent “October 8” explored how anti-Israel fever broke out hours after Hamas’ barbaric attack.
“Torn” showed the masked-up ghouls who ripped down hostage posters, some featuring the images of toddlers held by Hamas terrorists.
These films have received modest, at best, media coverage despite their newsworthy content. “Screams Before Silence,” produced and starring former Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, got aggressively ignored by film critics.
The latest documentary reveals hate at the Ivy League level.
“Frontline Warriors” honors three Jewish college students who fought back against unrelenting bigotry. Shabbos Kestenbaum, Eden Yadegar and Eli Tsives stood tall as pro-Palestinian mobs transformed college life before their eyes.
These weren’t merely “peaceful” protests. They often became violent, shattered college norms and created a hostile environment for Jewish students.
Some Jewish students were literally prevented from moving about campus. A few of the claims made in the film feel inflammatory. Time and again, the filmmakers brought receipts to back them up.
It’s important to add that if an ounce of this hatred was directed at black students, the media outcry would be relentless.
And rightly so.
Instead, college presidents mostly looked the other way, epitomized by three Ivy League university presidents embarrassing themselves on Capitol Hill last year.
Some of the most incendiary language heard in “Frontline Warriors” came from college professors. A few openly celebrated the October 7 attacks.
Let that sink in.
The Aish Ha’am documentary screened at a Colorado-based hall Sunday night. Security forces roamed the facility, keeping those inside the venue safe. That isn’t uncommon. Playwright Phelim McAleer shared similar anecdotes about his play “October 7.”
It’s the new, unsettling normal.

The screening ended with a one-on-one conversation with one of the film’s key players. Kestenbaum is suing his alma mater, Harvard University, for what he argues is the school’s shocking inability to protect Jewish students.
Kestenbaum, who spoke at the Republican National Convention last year, implored the crowd to support Jewish education in his thoughtful comments.
Much of the content in these films will be new to most audiences. Some of the clips featured in “Frontline Warriors” went viral but didn’t make local newscasts.
That’s all the more reason to seek them out.
